Quality policy IRIS’ quality improvement efforts have two main foci:
- To handle external and internal client orders satisfactorily. This includes emphasising both punctuality and the provision of goods and services according to pre-established price and quality levels.
- To conduct high quality research and research related activities employing acknowledged scientific methods.
IRIS quality assurance work encompasses all systematic efforts necessary to ensure that the anticipated quality standards are met.
All members of staff at IRIS are required to familiarise themselves with the quality requirements, and are expected to contribute to the further development of IRIS’ work and reputation.
IRIS’ quality system complies with quality systems standard NS-EN ISO 9001:2008.
